How to Use:

• *Use 1-2x per week not in combination with So Silver Conditioner
• After using Total Results So Silver shampoo, wearing suitable gloves, apply to wet hair and comb through for even distribution
• Avoid scalp area and leave on for 3-5 minutes depending on desired neutralization. 3 minutes for subtle neutralization, 5 minutes for maximum neutralization.
• Rinse out.
• *It is not recommended to use the mask every day because of its highly pigmented formula.

Returns:

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. You must first contact us to receive a return authorization number before making a return. Unauthorized returns will be refused.

Refunds can be obtained within 30 days of purchase for any unused merchandise, EXCEPT ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES, in its original purchase condition and packaging.

Image Beauty does not provide refunds on electrical appliances (blow dryers, flat irons, etc..). Appliances are eligible for store credit in the form of a gift certificate, or exchange only within 30 days of purchase.

Used product, if still in reasonable condition, can be returned for exchange or credit within 30 days of purchase.
