How to Use:

Lanza healing colorcare shampoo: Apply to damp hair, lather and rinse.

Lanza healing colorcare conditioner: After shampooing, apply trauma treatment restorative conditioner generously through hair. Leave on for up to 1 minute, then rinse thoroughly.

Lanza healing colorcare trauma treatment: Add an amount of the trauma treatment hair care that's right for your hair length and thickness to palms and work through clean, damp hair. Leave-in for a continuous healing benefit. Style as desired. For optimal results, start with healing colorcare shampoo & conditioner.

UPS Ground (1-5 business days): Flat Rate of $12.50 for any purchase under $59.00. Orders between $59 and $100 it is a $5.00 Upgrade. Orders over $100 receive FREE UPS Ground Shipping.

Returns:

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. You must first contact us to receive a return authorization number before making a return. Unauthorized returns will be refused.

Refunds can be obtained within 30 days of purchase for any unused merchandise, EXCEPT ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES, in its original purchase condition and packaging.

Image Beauty does not provide refunds on electrical appliances (blow dryers, flat irons, etc..). Appliances are eligible for store credit in the form of a gift certificate, or exchange only within 30 days of purchase.

Used product, if still in reasonable condition, can be returned for exchange or credit within 30 days of purchase.
