Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. You must first contact us to receive a return authorization number before making a return. Unauthorized returns will be refused.

United States1st one i Received was not up to par top wasn't right and would fall off while using . replaced one is working great. Service was good lost the label to return defective one but still have it boxed and ready to ship back. Ht to have to pay to ship back when I know it will just be trashed.
United StatesI did get the replacement. I have it boxed and ready to send back. The first one that came. with the tip that was shortened by something. The second one that came is fine. Maybe today or tomorrow I will get it in the mail. With the virus I have been staying away from people and have been putting off, going to post office.
