Pro tips:
For short hair after washing, rough blow dry with fingers to lift hair away from the scalp to create volume. To refine further, detail with a small round brush or curling iron as desired.
For long hair after washing, flip hair over and power dry with blow dryer to remove excess moisture. Once damp, work in sections using a large round brush directing the sections upward and away from the scalp to create lift and fullness.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. You must first contact us to receive a return authorization number before making a return. Unauthorized returns will be refused.
Refunds can be obtained within 30 days of purchase for any unused merchandise, EXCEPT ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES, in its original purchase condition and packaging.
Image Beauty does not provide refunds on electrical appliances (blow dryers, flat irons, etc..). Appliances are eligible for store credit in the form of a gift certificate, or exchange only within 30 days of purchase.
Used product, if still in reasonable condition, can be returned for exchange or credit within 30 days of purchase.
