The uniquely designed applicator of Lineur Intense Felt Tip Liquid Eyeliner allows you to create delicately thin or dramatically bold lines with precision.
Shake well before each use. Glide tip along outer lash line, pressing lightly for a thin line and increasing pressure for a thicker line. Replace tip in ink well to remoisten if desired.

UPS Ground (1-5 business days): Flat Rate of $12.50 for any purchase under $55.00. Orders between $55 and $100 it is a $5.00 Upgrade. Orders over $100 receive FREE UPS Ground Shipping.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. You must first contact us to receive a return authorization number before making a return. Unauthorized returns will be refused.
Refunds can be obtained within 30 days of purchase for any unused merchandise, EXCEPT ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES, in its original purchase condition and packaging.
