Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. You must first contact us to receive a return authorization number before making a return. Unauthorized returns will be refused.
Refunds can be obtained within 30 days of purchase for any unused merchandise, EXCEPT ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES, in its original purchase condition and packaging.
Image Beauty does not provide refunds on electrical appliances (blow dryers, flat irons, etc..). Appliances are eligible for store credit in the form of a gift certificate, or exchange only within 30 days of purchase.
Used product, if still in reasonable condition, can be returned for exchange or credit within 30 days of purchase.

This is my 2nd purchase of the system 4 3 piece kit for chemically treated hair. I am generally satisfied with the results. I do feel it has worked rather quickly to restore thickness. I am disappointed with the size of the bottles. 5oz for the conditioner and 10 oz for the shampoo...for the price... the bottles could at least be a good 12 oz or more each...very expensive! And is it too much to ask that the product have a pleasant smell? Smells very medicinal. Would the producers please work on these issues? Thank you.
