Once a week, spritz on a brush cleaner, which is sprayed onto the bristles and then laid flat to dry
Once every month, you should take the time to do a more deep cleaning using warm water and brush shampoo
Do not dip the base of the brush entirely into the water as this could loosen the glue and cause the bristles to fall out
How to Shop for Makeup Brushes
Now that you know how to use and take care of your brushes, you can decide which ones are right for you!
Decide which types brushes you need. If you are really into eye makeup blending, you'll probably want a few different types of eye makeup brushes. If you use liquid foundation and powder bronzer, you'll need separate brushes for each of those!
